COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT

In accordance with latest provincial regulatory guidelines, we will begin a phased return to work, with limitations. Your safety is our number one priority. We have been working hard to develop new protocols with regards to patient flow in and out of the office, social distancing, screening measures and infection control to ensure the safety and health of our patients, staff, our families, and our community. We ask for your patience and understanding when it comes to these changes. Due to mandatory guidelines, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment times with as much flexibility, though we will do our best.

Here is some important information for you to prepare for your next appointment:

• Only patients with an appointment will be allowed to enter the office.  Children 12 years and younger may be accompanied by one guardian, who will be asked to wait in the waiting room for the duration of the appointment.
• Please use the washroom before you arrive, as the public washroom will not be available (except for emergency use only).
• Please brush your teeth at home before you arrive, as our brushing station will be closed.
• Please wear a face mask to your appointment.

Before your appointment, we will email you a health form that must be completed prior to your appointment.  If you are feeling unwell and need to change your appointment, please let us know.
